Dear Fleetminder Customer,

As advised in our communication in March 2019, FleetMinder support has now ceased as of 31st December 2019.

Most FleetMinder customers have now transitioned to our new cloud and mobile platform AssetMinder. Any support ticket that we receive in January 2020 will be dealt with on a case by case basis. However we may not be able to action the ticket in accordance with the terms of our Customer Support Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Any support tickets received after January 2020 will not be actioned.

If you have any urgent issues or if you wish to discuss upgrading to AssetMinder you will need to call our head office on +353(0)1 6120922 and ask to speak to Derek Murray or Tommy Cole.
