Dear Customer:


As part of our continuous improvement programme in the support services that we offer to our customers, I’m delighted to announce that, with effect from Wednesday, July 8, 2015, we will put our new Customer Services Call Centre into full operation.  The Customer Services Call Centre will operate daily from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

We encourage you to continue to use our automated ticket logging system, either by sending an email to tickets@fleetminder.ie or by logging on to our Fleetminder Support portal at http://support.fleetminder.ie.  Please use this service for all requests, including training requests.  Can I also use this opportunity to ask that you include as much details as possible in your ticket as this will ensure a faster resolution of your query.

When you log a ticket, you will receive an immediate email acknowledgement with a link that allows you to monitor the progress of your ticket. As we close the vast majority of tickets on the same day, most often within hours of the ticket being set up, then there should be nothing more that you need to do and one of our staff will contact you as necessary.

If you need to contact us by phone, please remember that you will be asked for the ticket number – this must be set up before you call as it allows us to route the issue to most approporiate resource. The number to call us on has changed so please make a note of the new number. The number is:

(Note that our Head office number +353 1 612 0922 has not changed; the above is ONLY for the Customer Services Call Centre).

Our new Customer Services Call Centre is being set up in partnership with Trojan IT, one of Ireland’s leading ICT services companies and with extensive experience today in providing application support, systems support, managed IT services, cloud services and specialist services, to Enterprise IT and the Education sectors. This is a strategic direction for Fleetminder and ensures that we deliver a customer service experience that is second to none.

We have a proud track record here in Trojan of delivering customer services of the highest level and we look forward to extending this to the Fleetminder customer group.

The Fleetminder customer support team will be led by Jackie Brennan and she is joined by Ita Tansey and James Purcell. Alan McGee continues to have oversight of all our support activities and he will provide second line support to the Customer Services Call Centre.
